Comedian and Radio Show host Dave Gorman came to Croydon Disc Golf Club for a round Friday 20th August and liked it so much he gave us a good mention on his Sunday radio program. And this lead to a couple who live in Croydon to immediately come along to try the sport.

Dave contacted us through club member Charlie via Twitter. He had been looking for a number of different games to play and Charlie suggested that this was one for him. Dave has had a little frisbee experience, occasionally playing a target course in London. This was the first time that he'd used disc golf discs but got to grips with a flx Buzz really well. He also nailed a couple of 10 m putts which certainly put a smile on his face.

It was a pleasure to show him round and we are delighted that he gave us such a positive shout on his show. Top Man.
