I'm a beginner/intermediate and the only driver in my bag at the mo is a discraft tracker, and whilst I can use it fairly well, I have felt more comfortable with the stability of my mates Innnova Valkyrie. I'm tempted to purchase a Valkyrie but thought I would post a topic up here to see if any of you guys had any other preferences.

The Sidewinder seems popular amongst the Croydon guys, it's basically in the same family as the Valk, but a little easier to turn to the right, and will hold straight for longer:

I'm using one of these at the moment.

It's ok, although I am still getting to grips with it.

Also, just ordered myself one of these.

So we'll see which one I end up using most.

The tracker seems to be the way to go... i went and got a glow one which is nice cause it's really grippy... i've also got a nice bright pink Wraith, which is an unpredictable wench, sometimes it flies like a dream (especially forearm throws) far and fast, other times i spend a long time looking for it in bushes... behind me!
tempted to go for a Sidewinder next or an Avenger.

If you want to avoid spending a fortune on plastic, you might be wise to read this article before rushing to the (online) shops

Actually, I've read the whole site, cover-to-cover!

Also, if you're looking for discs that have a particular difference from what you currently have, this page helps:

http://discgolf.gottagogottathrow.com/c ... Chart1.pdf

So you can see that the XL and the Tracker are very similar, but if you want a disc that goes more right (assuming you're throwing right handed backhand), you pick something with lower High Speed Stability, say a Sidewinder. If you want something more left turning, you could try a Teebird.
